Al Fragoso

Our beloved father, Alvaro Huerta-Fragoso has gone to be with our Lord.

Alvaro passed away on May 6, 2013. Alvaro was born on October 3, 1947 to Joaquin Fragoso and Flora Huerta-Fragoso in Esqueda, Sonora, Mexico.

Chief Al is survived by his loving wife Anna of 22 years of marriage. He is also survived by his mother Flora Fragoso; sons Andy (Carina) Fragoso, Ricky (Lucinda) Fragoso, Marc (Lety) Fragoso; daughters Annette and Jeanette Fragoso; brother Jack Fragoso, and sister Norma Fragoso. He will also be dearly missed by his 14 grandchildren and all who knew and loved him.

Alvaro was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. Chief was a police officer most of his life, working for the Los Angeles P.D., Tucson P.D., and lead his department as the Chief of Police for the city of Douglas. Alvaro worked in the real estate business for many years and will always be remembered.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. Care entrusted to Alex Espinosa Bisbee Funeral Home, 1094 Hwy-92, Bisbee, AZ 85603, 520-432-4242.
